Arrived damaged? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge. No return needed.

Changed your mind? Return the item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition, with the box, cords, cloth and cards. The buyer pays return postage. We refund the full item price within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Each piece is made by hand, so small differences from the photos in finish and colour are normal and are not defects.
